Ah, not bad. These urls look good and yes using your target keyword in the title helps but also having an interesting and attractive title makes a user wants to read it. No matter how the content inside is, if the title isn't attractive the traffic number would always be low.
The title also has to contain your main keywords, or no amount of pretty wording will do any good for you.

Last time I read, the keyword ratio to stay within is 6 to 7 percent.
I’ve seen people’s sites push 10 percent keyword ratio and yet they didn’t get banned. I don’t get it.
These sites never work. Yes, they have a high PR, but you can never post on them.
