The search engine spiders live to read pages that are keyword rich with original content and tons of incoming links. This system pretty much ensures that your website will rank well in the search engines and overtime rank for general, hyper competitive keywords.

Try not to repeat the same keywords in the title, unless it is variations of the word. The word positioning in the title does not have anything to do with the keyword phrases (long tail keywords) drawn from the title.
